We need to send a message after 24 hours, 1 week, etc., reminding people to look at the tickets on their list on the "my HUB" page.
Find information on common issues.
Ask questions and find answers from other users.
Suggest a new site feature or improvement.
Check on status of your tickets.

Better yet. Add number of assigned open ticket count above new message count in banner area.

I don’t know if this wish extends to unassigned open tickets. May be this is human behavior problem and can’t be fixed by a notification system.
