System for following up on open questions with one answer
We need a way to follow up with users, reminding them that they have a question with an answer. After 30 days, the question is closed automatically, or open to the community to be closed. User forfeits points if they don't close their own question.

it will helet us understand user behavior a bit better if we have stats on how many tickets we answered and how many tickts got responses from users. We had a discussion today on offering users simple buttons on “accept answer” vs “the the problem is still there” and letting them know that we will close a ticket or question if it stays open for more than XX days after being addressed
