Need an easier way to move questions <-> tickets <-> wishes
Right now, you can move things around by copying/pasting text, but it would be nice to push a button and move from one category to another.
Find information on common issues.
Ask questions and find answers from other users.
Suggest a new site feature or improvement.
Check on status of your tickets.

I clearly see the need to escalate wishes into tickets and vice versa.
I also argue that it makes the tickets and wishes appear part of the same system. We’ve seen where users are confused about the priority of wishes.
