The old vtk display is really slow.

This will take some time since this visualization will take more work on the rappture visualization side since we cannot show the potential and charge profile for non rectangular meshes like circular and triangular wires. This is because the unirect2D plot cannot plot non-rectangular meshes at this point.

Maybe this is a very good candidate for the visualization with the tool set “visit”. Then we can get out of the unidirect business in Rappture
