enable a voltage sweep over the selfconsistent calculations

Right now one can just run one bias point at a time. We should be able to compute a whole voltage sweep.

    We have started working on this. Some issues with visualization in rappture needs to sorted out before we can completely roll out this. Keep watching for the updates.

    A single self consistent calculation takes about 15-20 mins. To compute for different bias points will take too long for the user wait and user might feel that program is not responding. Also output from each self consistent calculation requires 2 cloud plots for potential and charge respectively. For a number of bias points , the number of cloud plots generated might clutter the output.
