the DOS also needs to be plotted for different temperatures in a temperature scan.
Also it is not smartly resolved in terms of energy. There are a lot of nodes in the gap, but not really enough at the turn-on at the DOS band-edges. The movement of the band-edges as a function of temperature needs to be captured too!
