quantum well depth in square wells - labeling and wavefunction plotting

the "square well" is really a "finite barrier square well" calculation.
It should be labeled as such.

The wavefunctions that are being resolved should only be plotted in a spatial range that is relevant.
So if the square well is 5nm wide the wavefunctions might penetrate 2nm on either side, one should not show the spatial range from -100 to 100nm but in a spatial range of say -4.5 to +4.5nm
