voltage dependence of various internal properties, like band diagrams and fields

The PN junction lab has a nice way to compare the voltage dependence of the various internal physical quantities. This helps to understand the device very nicely. Can this be done in the MESFET tool as well?

    Thanks for interest in this tool.MESFET lab can certainly be advanced to have bias dependent plots.A newer version would be out in 2-3 days with this feature.
