resonances in the emitter should be indicated properly

If the low doping region in the emitter is made longer, and the bias is increased to say 1V, then there are many states confined in the triangular emitter pre-barrier quantum well. But they are not properly resolved in the resonance finder. Well, they should. :-)

The issue arose because of the spatial definition of the resonance finding region. The resonance finding region now includes the undoped region just outside the device. For example, if the undoped region in the emitter for the default structure is increased to 30nm, for 1V bias two additional resonance at 0.00908397ev and 0.0519789eV appear. This change should be visible from Ver 1.1.7.
