I would like to get plots of the sheet charges in the following domains:
1) inside the RTD from the middle of the emitter barrier to the middle of the collector barrier
2) charge in half of the undoped emitter region. Just integrate the charge from half of the undoped emitter region up to the middle of the emitter barrier.

Plot these 2 quantities as a function of bias on the same plot, just like the resonances as a function of bias.
