Between 1999 and 2005, while pursuing my PhD research at Purdue, I was closely involved with nanoHUB.org. nanoHUB played a crucial role in my past education and research. It allowed me to access the cutting edge nanoscale device simulators online, and helped me to get actively involved with the device research community around the world. I developed an application known as FETtoy, currently hosted at nanoHUB, and also was closely involved with the development of another tool called Band Lab. I still visit regularly nanoHUB via World Wide Web to access tools and research documents.
