In my research, I use the nanoHUB.org facilities to obtain a better understanding of the properties of nanoelectronic devices and to predict the behavior and performance of future devices. The different online simulation tools together with the online seminar and lecture notes make nanoHUB truly unique and useful for researchers active in the field of device physics and engineering. nanoHUB also constitutes a large and strong network of different research groups around the world.
