<p>Understanding complex concepts for DFT calculations and MD simulations is not an easy task if you restrict yourself to reading journal papers, books, and long software manuals. nanoHUB provided me with a learning shortcut by presenting tools that digest such complex concepts into simple and easy to use tools, with short and well written manuals. By using nanoHUB tools, I have quickly come up with ideas to build my own input files for MD simulations, with confidence that what I was doing was correct.</p>
