I have been studying the nanoelectronics lectures by Dr. Supriyo Datta & also followed his NanohubU course Fandamentals of Nanoelectronics II. So far it’s the knowledge I have about nanoelectronics & NEGF formalism. I’ve also practiced the toy examples given there. Now I want to do something with NEGF formalism. Can anybody please suggest me something so that I can do something with NEGF formalism for my BSc final year project? Some simulation perhaps.
