Can this software be used for PBTI simulations?
Assalamualaikum
I’m currently searching for a software that can simulate for SOI NMOSFET and interested in doing some investigation in PBTI. I’ve read a journal that use MIG for PMOS.So I’m wondering whether it can be used for NMOS?

Physics of PBTI and NBTI (e.g., time dependence, temperature dependence) are different. Therefore, MIG (devrel) can not be used to simulate PBTI.
