Hey all. I’m new to nanoHUB and to this technology in general. I want to make a paper about Single Electron Transistors for my school, so I’m constantly searching about SET from the constracting level all the way to designing whole logic circuits with Single Electron and Hybrid Transistors. I find it difficult to find information about simulation programs (as SPICE) for these, and next to impossible to find information about designing this kind of circuits. Any help is greatly appreciated.
