problem launching job

Dear,

I am receiving this following error when i try to convert shape file. this is second step on launcher

Problem Launching Job:

program finished exit code is 1

please verify that both the operating system and the processor support Intel(R) AVX1 instructions

Please let me know the solution to it. if this happen to someone else please help
