The boundary conditions do not seem to be set using the interface for the tool.
When I look at the program output, I noticed that the 6x3 matrix (BDY) values do not seem to be getting set using the interface. The model results also do not make sense unless these values remain zeros.
I have tried a number of conditions and values to check the intended response. The index representing the type of boundary condition (1-3) does get set but the other two parameters (per face) remain zeros.
Any help would be appreciated.

I haven't seen this problem before, but I would probably have to look at your input file in order to determine what the problem is. If you can email me your file, I can look at it for you.
