Entering the API Key

I'm doing something wrong- could you provide more specific instructions on how to use the API key?

I tried cutting and pasting it on top of the red text CITRINE_API_KEY - but that did not work for me.

Thanks for any help!

    Hi Tanya,

Thanks for your question. The API key does need to be pasted on top of the [CITRINE_API_KEY] string, including the brackets. The key should still be a red text as a string type.

    Best,

      Hi Carlos,

Thanks for the quick response.  What you describe is what I tried.  I tried it again, and still get errors.  One of the red messages is about a restricted access exception, so I think it has to do with the key.  I tried modifying the file directy and I also tried uploading it into Jupyter in nanoHUB; both gave the same error.  I have not yet tried to regenerate the API key.
