Run error due to ValueError in .obj file

I am working on a particular shape file that I wish to do a study on using nanoDDSCAT+. I was able to export the shape as an .obj, which I subsequently downloaded using the upload/download tool. Examined the .obj file, which consists of lines beginning with 'f' and followed by numbers of the format 'xxx/xxx'. When this shape was being processed by the DDAConvert tool, I got the following error:

https://drive.google.com/open?id=1yBOUGXC8qM1faU7Ex1-38O1Nt82XL96x

The shape that I am working on is shown here

A portion of the obj file that contains the 'f' lines is shown here

I hope you can respond immediately to my query. This study I am working on is highly relevant and your help will be vital.
