Hello

I noticed while performing simulations, that the electric field does not change its sign when a DC bias greater than the built-in voltage is applied. One can verify it, in the present settings, by looking at band diagram and electric field plots at 0 V and 2 V DC forward bias. (I tried attaching some saved pictures, but somehow the images could not be attached. Apologies for that.)
