How do I run the example Si in.elastic test example in the nanohub Lammps tool

The example for elastic stress that comes with lammps uses...:  in.elastic and init.mod and potential.mod and displacement.mod and Si.wc files. How do I run this 'simple' example in the lammps tool? Specifically which data file goes where? I note that the extra files page only allows 2 files to be uploaded.

 

  1. LAMMPS
  2. run an elastic stress tensor simulation
  3. tool:lammpstool

    The third tab (simulate) has a toggle for uploading additional files - give that a try and let us know if that worked.
