Is there a units error?

Your paper reports currents in the 10s of uA range however this tool plots in uA and displays currents of 10^-5 uA which is 10s of pA. I think you mean to plot in Amps or forgot to convert your calculated current back to uA. I would recommend this to be fixed since it may cause confusion to those who are not familiar with the field.

I will check this, 10^-5 uA doesn’t sound right (unless device is off and there is a conversion issue in matlab code).
