how to plot Id-Vd
how do we plot the Id-Vd curve in the mosfet simulation model tool??

Hi, For Id-Vd caracteristics you need to switch ON the ‘Plot Id-Vd Characteristic’. You may turn off Id-Vg option in case you want only Id-Vd plots.
