simulate other materials GaP, InGaP,

Hello,

It would be very interesting to add other semiconductors to the material base especially the ternary alloys like GaAsP, InGaP, with the possibility to change the fraction of the alloy and also to add strain.

Hi, thanks for your question. You can forward this a wish list for bandstructure lab tool. Some of the materials you ask for are alloys. It needs to be verified if the interpolation of the parameters correctly match the band edges with composition before we can release it.
