with what equations I can calculate photoluminescence spectra of Quantum Dots?

I want to find theoretically photo and electro luminescence of self assembled InAs/GaAs QDs in a PIN diode structure. so far I calculate wave functions and energy levels of QD using 8 band k.p model. after this what do I do?
