am regularly using the tool CNIA from nanohub. I am having little queries about analysis of SWCNT bundle interconnect.

1. previous research on SWCNT bundle capacitance shows that capacitance of SWCNT bundle and Cu bundle is almost same. However, with CNIA tool I am getting large difference. I am using following parameters for SWCNT bundle: dcnt=1nm, std. deviation=0; douter/dinner=1.

2. There is lot of controversy in calculating capacitance for SWCNT bundle. It will be very helpful for me if you guide me on the same comment.
