How can we specify p-type doping for a layer in 1-D herero tool?
I m trying 2 verify Band diagrams of an HBT based on InALAs-InGaAs

Hello,
thanks for using 1dhetero. Unfortunately, at the present time, it is not possible to specify the p-type doping in a simulation.
One suggestion:
Why dont you ask it as a wish so we will develop that feature in a next version of this tool?
