International Semiconductor Device Research Symposium (ISDRS) 2011  edit    delete

Description: The International Semiconductor Device Research Symposium is a biennial conference on exploratory research in electronic and photonic materials and devices. Bringing together diverse participants, the Symposium encourages multidisciplinary scientific and personal interaction for engineers, scientists and students in the fields of advanced electronic materials, and device and fabrication technologies. The subject areas include high and low power electronics, SiGe and germanium devices, optoelectronics, organic materials and devices, photovoltaics, sensors, testing and characterization, high frequency devices, nanotubes and graphene, device modeling and simulation, and related fields. The Symposium will feature plenary talks and an award ceremony. Selected full papers from those submitted at the conference are peer-reviewed and published in a special issue of Solid State Electronics.
