Saved Materials Simulation Runs
This page contains links to simulation output that is instantly available, without having to re-run a simulation. The output can be visualized, manipulated and downloaded, as usual. The collection at the bottom of the page is a way for all members of the nanoHUB Materials Science community to share their own Saved and Shared runs. We welcome you to show others how you use nanoHUB tools!
These results show the effect of Uncertainty Quantification using Smolyak levels 2 and 3 for calculating the Seebeck coefficient using the Thermoelectric power factor calculator for superlattices.

MD Showcase provides a simple way to share MD trajectories created using VMD. These are useful for displaying trajectories of polymers or other molecules, as in this example of a polymer (epoxy) tensile test.
