The following are the team positions and their duties in coordinating and organizing the workshop:
Facilitator: the leader of the workshop, preferably an experienced nanoHUB user.
Organizer: in charge of arranging for transportation, reserving conference rooms and hotel rooms for guests, and coordinating with the presenters.
Organizer’s Team: performs duties required for organizing and setting up the workshop.
Faculty Presenters: local or outside faculty who have used nanoHUB resources in their teaching. The faculty presenters should present examples of how they used nanoHUB resources in a class setting and/or homework assignments which required nanoHUB resources to complete.
Student Presenters: The student presentation should be a reflection of his experience using nanoHUB, and how he uses it for his research, homework, or to learn about an interesting topic.
