Checkout vmdbuild directory from rappture-bat repository

  svn co https://nanohub.org/infrastructure/rappture-bat/svn/trunk/vmdbuild vmdbuild

Follow instructions in INSTALL.txt there.  You'll need the vmdserver.tcl
script from here.
