Rappture Packages

    These are packages used by Rappture.  "video" and "optimizer"
    packages are standalone with their own configure files.

DicomToVtk	Adds DICOM file reader to VTK.
DxToVtk		Converts simple DX file to VTK.
PdbToVtk	Converts PDB file to VTK.
builder		Rappture builder 
diffview	View differences in run files.
hotspot		Adds drawing hotspot to Tk canvas.
listbox		Multi-column listbox for Tk.
objects		Objects used by Rappture builder/tester.
optimizer	Genertic algorithm optimizer
