Worked in National Program on Micro and Smart Sensors for biomedical, food and environmental applications (NPMASS) sponsored by DST, Govt. Of India.
Completed the project before the deadline.
Implemented mask layout design for pH sensors and implemented novel ideas to reduce device damage risks.
Hands on experience in micro fabrication of silicon wafers. Optimized the standard MOS fabrication process as per the device requirement.
Assisted in maintaining the clean room facility.
Successfully delivered 300+ devices which were tested and generated the desired characteristics.
