Purpose of the attached files:

1. power_mosfet_generic_power_mosfet_generic_architecture_1.va : This is the verilog code. Use it in any verilog-a compatible environment like Cadence, ICCAP. 
2. Power_mosfet_finalized.sin : This is the MAST code of the model. Use it in synopsis Saber Sketch platform. 
3. SiC_Power_MOSFET_Compact_Device_Model_manual.pdf : It is the detailed desciption of the model. It describes parameter extraction process as well as the validation of the model. 
4. Parameter_list_used_for_C2M0025120D.pdf : This file contains the list of parameters used in validation the model. With this set of parameters you can validate the model with the extracted data from the datasheet of CREE C2M0025120D.
