Abstract

The objective of the Semiconductor Doping tool is to understand N-Type and P-Type Semiconductor Doping. The tool identifies the semiconductor type when the user selects doping elements from an abbreviated Periodic Table. Up to 3 elements can be chosen for the semiconductor material.
