Abstract

Short narrated instruction giving step-by-step instructions for evaluating f(E) at Ec. The general method is explained,and a value is calculated for the specific case of Si at 300K.

Dr. Tanya Faltens previously taught Materials Science and Engineering Courses at Cal Poly Pomona, and is now the Educational Content Creation Manager for the Network for Computational Nanotechnology at Purdue University.
