Nanoscale Transistors has been refined and condensed into a five-week online course that develops a unified framework for understanding essentials of nanoscale transistors without the need for admission, registration, or travel. This online course can be taken from anywhere in the world from October through November 2012. Each week contains six 20-minute video lectures covering essential transistor physics, practical considerations, models for circuit simulation, and fundamental limits.
