Professor Ann Catrina Coleman is a professor in the department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She obtained her Ph.D. from the University of Glasgow in 1987. Professor Coleman's research interests include High frequency mode-locked diode lasers and Techniques for fabricating semiconductor lasers and photonic integrated circuits based on quantum well intermixing.
