Abstract

THIS MATERIAL CORRESPONDS TO AN OLDER VERSION OF QUANTUM DOT LAB THAN CURRENTLY AVAILABLE ON nanoHUB.org. More current documentation is available through links on the tool page. This learning module introduces nanoHUB users to the Quantum Dot Lab simulator. A brief introduction to Quantum Dot Lab is presented, followed by voiced presentations featuring the simulator in action. Upon completion of this module, users should be able to use this simulator to gain valuable insight into the electronic and physical properties of cutting edge devices.

This series is a set of materials formerly known as a "Learning Module." It has been converted into an Online Presentation.  Please feel free to pause the presentation at anytime so you can try the different exercises with the simulation tool.
