Abstract
Chlorine is a common chemical used to disinfect water. The addition of chlorine provides a benefit by killing pathogenic organisms, but it can be also harmful to humans by producing Disinfectant By Products (DBP). In this video, middle school and high school student will learn how silver nanoparticles can be used to remove the DBP from water sources treated with chlorine.
