Abstract

"2D Material Carrier Concentration Lab" simulates the density of states, carrier statistics, and carrier concentrations in 2D semiconductor materials and graphene. The modeled 2D semiconductors include transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDCs) such as MoS2, MoSe2, MoTe2, WS2, WSe2, or other 2D semiconductor materials whose bandgap, electron and hole effective mass values and valley degeneracy factors are known.
