Abstract

Lunches, dinner, coffee and refreshments were created by chef Bruce Haumesser especially for the Purdue 2050 event. The menus included: Space Foods; Plant-Forward; Local Foods etc.

Bruce Haumesser Bruce Haumesser is executive chef and director of culinary operations at Purdue. He is a Gold Medal Award Winner and Creator of Giant Gingerbread Home in Purdue's Memorial Union.
