Abstract

This assembly of TCAD tools enables the easy one-stop-shop for TCAD simulations on the nanoHUB. The tool is supported by a wiki page which contains tool descriptions, screen shots, homework, and project assignments. Three different classes of tools are embedded in this one:
  • Circuit simulation using SPICE3f4.
  • Device simulation using PADRE . Schred is not a general TCAD tool, but enables the simulation of quantum effects in MOS capacitors. It is also included in this suite of tools.
  • Process simulation using PROPHET.
