Abstract
This tool was developed based on the seminal work of A.Venkattraman and A. Alexeenko "Scaling law of direct current field emission driven microscale gas breakdown". Also the tool presents a second non-dimensional approach based on the work of Loveless and Garner in their publication "Scaling laws for gas breakdown for nanoscale to microscale gaps at atmospheric pressure”.
