This tool develops compact circuit models of drift–diffusion equations for charge and spin transport mechanisms in nonmagnetic metallic conductors by manipulating the underlying physical equations. The tool is also useful for electronic applications since it produces SPICE netlist describing circuit models for electron and spin transport physics necessary to simulate nanoscale nonmagnetic metallic channel in spintronic devices.
