Abstract

This tool calculates the lattice constant in the x- and y-direction of a function of position of a high resolution TEM image. The tool can be used to examine strain state and local lattice constant variation in non-planar mismatched heterostructures. Please checkout the "Supporting Docs" section for an example of how the tool can be used.
