Reviews should be labeled by the version of the resource for which they were given.
Now all reviews of a resource are presented as if they apply to the resource generically even when the resource may have many versions and have undergone much change over its lifetime to date.
The version number to which a review applies should be recorded at the time the review is created. Then that version number should be displayed with the review text on the Review tab for the resource.
