Many of our users have been confused about how to launch a tool. The color and positioning of it makes it easy to miss. Can we come up with a new design for the button that makes it easier for the users to find? Possibly changing the color, or moving the button to the left hand of the screen?

Also – the tooltip that appears- “You must log in before you can use this tool” is a bit intimidating. It causes users to not even bother clicking the link. If there was no tooltip, users could just be directed to the login screen with a message “Please login or sign up before launching the tool” it might increase user engagement.
