Two thoughts on the listing of lectures (outline) for courses module.

1. Allow clicking on the circular ball in front of Week title to toggle expansion/collapse of week/unit content.

2. Allow user to flip weeks/units presentation order from newest to oldest so the latest stuff appears at the top instead of at the bottom.  There's a lot of scrolling to get to the lectures that are later in the course.
